Condition: Great condition - moderate deck pressures, and a some small ones on the bottom. A small professional repair on rail, nose and bottom. Some slight cosmetic patina.
Description: The Channel Islands, Al Merrick Happy has low entry rocker and forward volume, allowing the board to quickly paddle, get up to speed in a snap, and perform extremely well in the tube. The rails have a round foil and thinned out tail making for a highly responsive board that is also extremely forgiving through critical maneuvers. To harness all that speed, Happy’s refined rails and thinned out tail make for a highly responsive board that is also extremely forgiving through critical maneuvers and it holds like a mutha – no matter how hard you turn. Single concave under the front foot, transitioning into double between the fins, and flat off the tail give the perfect combination of speed and control.
